- Scheduling and carrying out review meetings with the Vendors and suppliers. Generating MIS and timely submission the same to the management
- Attending to the management review meetings.
- Bringing together the management and suppliers together as and when required. Highlighting key issues to the notice of management
- Effective driving of the project on behalf of company’s Project co-ordinator / director.Monitoring the timelines strictly and ensure the project on track. Providing solutions if there are any hurdles on the trajectory
- Highlighting the serious issues well in advance to enable the organisation to react in time.

- Enable the team to know about their deliverables and area of responsibilities. The in-house project managers will be trained to develop the risk and mitigation plan.
- A contingency plan is going to be developed for the alternate action incase there are tumbling blocks.
- Scheduling and delegating the responsibilities. Highlighting the dependencies
- Carrying-out prelaunch activities.
- Ensure the project kicks-off as scheduled.
- Monitoring and reviewing the project status.
- Submission of MIS time to time to the management.
- Take care of successful closure of the project with complete documentation.
